SYNOPSIS
From the BAFTA award winning editor of City of God and Tree of Life comes the story of Augusto, an irreverent actor searching for his place in the spotlight. After a successful career in “softcore Porn” he finally gets the big break he has been waiting for. He becomes BINGO the clown – the host of a 1980’s Brazilian Children’s morning show. With his wacky humor, and ambitious talent – he turns it into the most watched morning show in all of Brazil. There is a catch however – he is forbidden contractually to reveal his identity. He becomes the man behind the clown mask.
